About Us

RY Services provides behavioral health therapy and family support/intervention services across Arizona. We exist to help people find stability, strengthen relationships, and move forward—especially during seasons that feel overwhelming or uncertain. Our team shows up with compassion, professionalism, and a belief in every person’s capacity to grow.

Healing is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why we meet clients where they are emotionally and practically, offering support in-office, in-home, and in community settings—with select virtual options. Whether someone is seeking therapy, family support, or guidance through a difficult transition, we focus on clear goals, real tools, and lasting change.

Who We Serve

We serve teens, young adults, adults, and families across Arizona who are ready to take the next step toward stability and healing. People come to us for many reasons—anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, family conflict, parenting stress, or major life transitions. We also walk alongside families involved in child welfare services, supporting safer relationships, stronger parenting skills, and reunification when it’s appropriate.

We Seek Growth by meeting every person with a learning mindset and practical tools. We Lead with Heart by treating every story with dignity, compassion, and respect. And we Drive Results by helping people turn hope into action—through clear goals, consistent support, and real progress you can feel.

No matter where you’re starting, we believe change is possible—and we’re here to help you build it.

Our Core Values

Seek Growth.png

We believe great care requires constant learning. That means we invest in ongoing training, strong supervision, and feedback—so our team keeps improving and our clients get the highest quality support. We stay curious, adapt to what works, and continue developing the skills, tools, and programs that help families and individuals move forward.

What this looks like:
Weekly learning, coaching and supervision, continuous improvement, skill-building for both staff and clients.

Lead With Heart.png

We lead with compassion because people change when they feel safe, seen, and respected. We approach every person without judgment, honor their story, and build trust through consistency and care. Even in hard moments, we communicate with kindness, protect dignity, and stay grounded in hope.

What this looks like:
Trauma-informed approach, respectful communication, culturally responsive support, meeting people where they are.

Drive Results.png

Heart matters—and so does follow-through. We focus on practical tools, clear goals, and steady progress that clients can actually use in daily life. We track growth, celebrate wins, and adjust when something isn’t working. Our standard is meaningful change: safer homes, stronger relationships, and more stable futures.

What this looks like:
Clear service plans, measurable goals, skill practice between sessions, consistent documentation and accountability.

Success Stories

Young Adult From Alone to Transformed

As a young adult, I felt completely alone in what I was dealing with, and I didn’t trust anyone could actually help. RY gave me a place to talk without judgment and helped me build coping skills that worked in real life—not just in a session. Over time, I started showing up differently: calmer, more confident, and more hopeful. I didn’t just “get through it”—I changed, and I finally felt like my future was mine again.

Success Stories

Don’t Forget About the Kids!

I really thought my parents were going to give up on us—not because they didn’t love us, but because they felt like they weren’t good enough. RY helped them understand their own trauma and rebuild their confidence. Now my parents showed up—calmer, more consistent, and actually present. We’re still working on things, but it finally feels like we’re rebuilding.

Success Stories

Parenting Became Fun Again

I came into the parenting program exhausted and reactive. RY helped me slow down, understand what my kids were really communicating, and respond with empathy instead of frustration. As I practiced the tools, our home felt lighter—less arguing, more connection. Parenting stopped feeling like constant conflict, and for the first time in a long time, it actually became fun.

"They treated me like a person, not a case. I finally felt heard—and I actually started making progress."

"We learned how to communicate without yelling. Our home feels calmer and safer now."

"The support was practical. Not just talk—real tools we could use the same day."

"I didn’t believe reunification was possible for us. They helped me stay consistent and hopeful."

"I didn’t believe reunification was possible for us. They helped me stay consistent and hopeful."

"This program gave me structure when I needed it most. I’m stable, working, and showing up for my kids."

Interested in Joining Our Team?

RY Services is growing, and we’re calling in people who want their work to matter. We’re on the front lines across Arizona, showing up in the community and in families’ homes when life is messy, fragile, and ready for change. This work takes heart, grit, and the belief that people can heal—and that families can rebuild.

The most important thing to us is alignment with our core values: Seek Growth, Lead with Heart, and Drive Results. If you’re the kind of person who keeps learning, leads with compassion, and follows through, especially when it’s hard, you’ll thrive here. You’ll be supported through weekly training, strong supervision, and a team that has your back as you help create real, measurable change.
