Shelley Ramirez

Shelley Ramirez is an experienced human services leader with over 11 years in social work, including six years with RY Services. She currently serves as a Family connections supervisor with RY Services, where she provides program oversight, staff supervision, and ensures quality care and compliance within the program. Shelley’s areas of focus include team leadership, client-centered service planning, program compliance, and staff development. Her approach to care is grounded in accountability, compassion, and structure. With a Master’s degree in Christian Counseling, she brings a values-driven, supportive leadership style that prioritizes stability, growth, and positive outcomes for those served.
