Alessandro has been with RY for over two years, progressing from Nurturing Parenting Practitioner to Family Connections Field Staff, Mentor, and now Nurturing Parenting Supervisor. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and brings a strong foundation in child development and behavior strategies. He focuses on strengthening parent-child relationships, mentoring staff, and promoting consistency in service delivery. His approach is relationship-driven and strengths-based, emphasizing clear communication, structure, and skill-building to empower both families and staff.
