Allacyn Rowe

Allacyn Rowe serves as the Documentation Compliance Officer at RY Services and brings a strong background in child development, family support, education, and organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Studies from West Virginia University and has years of experience working with children and families in lead teaching and caregiving roles.

At RY Services, Allacyn focuses heavily on data collection, documentation quality, and program compliance. She helps track required information, monitors documentation and program data, identifies areas with room for growth, and helps organize information in a way that allows programs to better measure progress, maintain accountability, and stay on top of important requirements.

Known for her organization, attention to detail, and ability to make complicated information easier to understand, Allacyn has earned a few unofficial titles around RY Services: our human computer and executive functioning guru—the person you go to when you need an answer, a system, a reminder, or help figuring out what comes next.
